A 12-year-old girl is accused of first-degree murder by the prosecution, citing footage of the kid choking her relative in the same bunk bed.
After using bedding to suffocate her cousin, the 13-year-old girl cleaned up and rearranged her body, according to police who watched home surveillance tape of the crime.
Demeria Hollingsworth was identified by her mother, Rayana Smith. She recalled Demeria’s constant smiles, her good grades, and her embraces of her younger sister.
