Ghanaian awards organizer and singer Kwame Owusu Fordjour, better known as Dr. UN, is reportedly suffering from kidney problems.
In a recent video, Dr. UN requested for financial assistance to fund a kidney transplant procedure because his health has deteriorated drastically
With a bandage around his ankle, he is seen having difficulty walking while receiving assistance from other neighbors.
According to Dr. UN, he decided to seek treatment overseas because the prices that the medical staff at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and other healthcare facilities have quoted are too high.
In order to aid in his recovery, he also appealed to well-known singers and media figures, such as Captain Smart, Shatta Wale, and Sarkodie.
