Martha revealed that Lil Win and his attorneys had not contacted her and her team regarding an out-of-court settlement, and that the issue was still being heard in court.
It is untrue that LilWin has never asked me to settle our dispute outside of court. The legal matter is still pending. He has simply sent others to come and chat to me; he hasn’t even personally approached me,” the woman claimed.

When Martha was asked if Lil Win had attended court sessions ever since they started, she said that the star of A Country Called Ghana had not.
The well-known actress did, however, add that if he did the right thing, she would withdraw her defamation case against him. Expanding on that, she said that publicly apologizing to her and her brand would be the correct course of action.
Why not, if he makes the proper decision? I am willing to forgive because I am a Christian. It is only right that he comes back to withdraw and apologize for his remarks after publicly insulting me, she stated.
