Lawyer Insists Lilwin Not Responsible for Fatal Accident Involving 3-Year-Old Boy
Lilwin’s barrister has insisted that her client is not at fault for the terrible mishap that claimed the life of a three-year-old kid.
Attorney Margaret Mary Adjei Twum says she is hopeful that her client will soon be free as the court awaits direction from the AG’s office.
Speaking to the media, she emphasized the harm that Lil Win has suffered as a result of the incident and the exposure that followed.

On June 3, 2024, Lil Win was taken into custody in relation to the collision that involved his car. GH¢50,000 bail was granted to him along with two sureties because we firmly believe he is innocent. Until the Asokore Mampong District Court establishes otherwise, we will continue to hold him innocent.
The Attorney General’s office is continuing reviewing the docket in the interim.
