Ken Agyapong won’t pay Foko to Anas, legal Member Wofa Jerry speaks out
A few days ago, it was reported that the court ordered Hon. Kennedy Agyapong to pay $18 million in damages for defamation. The verdict was delivered by a jury in Essex County, New Jersey.
The lawsuit, filed on May 17, 2022, in the Essex County Superior Court, accused Kennedy Agyapong and media personality Frederick Asamoah of making defamatory statements against Anas during an episode of ‘The Daddy Fred Show,’ an online program popular among Ghanaian audiences in the United States.
After the court judgment was made public, many Ghanaians reacted to Anas’ victory over the controversial Ken Agyapong. In response, one of Anas’ team members, Wofa Jerry, revealed to Vim Lady on her show that they would not pay any money. Instead, they plan to make Anas pay double the court-ordered amount.
According to Wofa Jerry, it was agreed in court that no one should record videos in the courtroom. However, Anas and his team allegedly did so, breaking the rules. As a result, Wofa Jerry claims they will sue Anas for this infraction.
