“He Allegedly Scαmmed His USA Friend Of $50,000” – Actor Koo Ofori Arrested By Pσlice Over Alleged $50,000 Frαυd
Legendary Ghanaian actor and manager of Daddys Multimedia, Koo Ofori, has been arrested by the police over an alleged scam involving his lady friend abroad, amounting to about $50,000.
According to a report shared by VimBuzz TV and Atinka News, in 2021, Koo Ofori scammed his lady friend abroad, who wanted to buy land for a real estate project in Ghana.
He initially promised her a plot of land for $3,000 in Spentix but later lied, claiming the landowner was dead, and he couldn’t obtain the necessary documents.
Subsequently, Koo Ofori informed her that he had found another land, but she needed to pay an additional $2,000 to acquire it.

However, after collecting the money, Koo Ofori failed to deliver the land. She reported the case to the police, and Koo Ofori was invited to court but failed to appear, leading to his arrest yesterday.
