Haruna Idrisu’S Steadfast FC  would get an incredible €7.9 million if Fattawu Issahaku signs a permanent deal with Leicester City.

Issahaku left Sporting CP for Leicester City on a season-long loan with a buyout clause.

According to the terms of the deal, Leicester would pay €17 million to acquire the Ghanaian winger if he started 60 percent of the games and the side won promotion.

Leicester was able to proceed with the purchase when both requirements were satisfied, although they are currently subject to a transfer embargo because of regulations infractions pertaining to profit and sustainability from the 2022–2023 campaign.

The financial details of the sale state that, according to terms disclosed by Flashscore, Steadfast will receive 50% of the profits from the transfer of Issahaku.

For €1.2 million,With the anticipated sale to Leicester, Sporting made a profit of €15.8 million after initially purchasing Issahaku in 2022 for €1.2 million.

Sporting and Steadfast will split the profit equally, with each receiving €7.9 million. Issahaku’s season-long performance for Leicester was crucial; he scored six goals and provided thirteen assists, which went a long way towards helping the team win the Championship.

Off the pitch, Haruna Iddrisu, the owner of Ghana Premier League team Karela United, is connected to Ghanaian politics through Steadfast FC, one of the recipients of the transfer profit.
