Wyllbee’s purported lover Nana Yaa and another unidentified accused party were brought before the court today as part of their involvement in the legal proceedings.

The attorneys for the people who were taken before the court argued on their behalf to be granted bail.

Nevertheless, the court rejected their petition, and they were placed under two weeks’ remand in police custody.

For this reason, the lawsuit has been postponed until August 12, 2024.

Under the stage name Wyllbee, the up-and-coming musician from Sowutuom was allegedly lynched at Abuakwa-Tanoso in the Ashanti Region while spending the night at his girlfriend’s house.

He apparently got up at one in the morning on Friday, July 5, 2024, to go to the bathroom when he was noticed by some of the house’s occupants. They accosted him, believing him to be a thief.
