Dr. Likee Opens Up About Hurtful Comments from Those He Assists: ‘It’s Like They Want to See Me Cry

Not too long ago, Dr. Likee revealed an intensely personal and poignant story of being betrayed and treated disrespectfully by people he mentors in the entertainment business.

The happiness Dr. Likee previously experienced from performing has been eclipsed by the strain and betrayal, he disclosed in an interview with Papa Jay.

Well-known for his humorous abilities and services to Ghanaian cinema, Dr. Likee voiced his sadness over the behaviors of those he had helped to bring into the business and introduced.

Noting the incivility and hate he had encountered, he bemoaned, “I have become the enemy of some of the people I brought into the movie industry.”

Dr. Likee claims that the very individuals he provides care and nourishment for have turned against him, insulting him and his late mother.

He said that this betrayal had a profound effect on him and had lessened his love for his work.

Even though Dr. Likee is aware of the identity of the people who carried out the backstabbing and insults, he has opted for forgiveness, saying, “I have chosen to let God be my vengeance.”

The disclosures have provoked discussions regarding the difficulties and psychological costs associated with success in the entertainment sector.
