Auntie Naa & Mama Efe Are D€stroying Ashanti Women Image Because of their TV shows – Okatakyie W@rns

 

Outspoken journalist Okatakyie Afrifa has raised concerns about Ashanti women being associated with negativity due to the Auntie Naa and Mama Efe’s TV program, warning that it could create a lasting bad image if such programs aren’t halted.

 

During his live YouTube broadcast, “For The Records,” Okatakyie Afrifa shared his concerns, explaining that Asante women might struggle to find husbands if men perceive them as incapable of taking care of the home, solely based on the program’s portrayal.

He drew parallels to how some towns are unfairly labeled as “witches‘ towns” due to past media portrayals, suggesting that a similar fate could befall Asante women if these TV and radio programs continue.
