Things aren’t working in favor of Agradaa as the court throws out her case and asks her to bring forth her defense.
Meanwhile, Empress Gifty has filed a fresh case against Agraada, this time demanding millions of cedis from Agradaa for defamation.
Today, the court sat on Agraada and Empress Gifty’s case, where Agraada’s lawyers tried to convince the judge that the issue between the two is a mere fight that led to insults, claiming Agraada never meant what she said against Empress Gifty. However, the judge believed the case should continue, so it was set to be heard on another day.
In light of this, Empress Gifty has issued another case against Agraada for calling her an HIV patient without evidence, and she’s seeking a fine of 20 million cedis from Agraada for defamation.
