Ay3ka! : Martha Ankomah wins defamation case against Lilwin; court orders Lilwin to pay Ghc300,000

 

Finally court has settled the defamation case of which Martha Ankomah filled against Lilwin in favor of Martha Ankomah  as the court orders Lilwin to pay Ghc300,000 to Martha Ankomah.

A writ of summons filed on February 14, 2024, reveals that Martha Ankomah is sued Lil Win for allegedly making defamatory statements. Martha Ankomah claims that Lil Win’s statement has caused harm to her reputation and the GTP brand.

Martha Ankomah insists that Lil Win falsely accused her of expressing disdain towards Kumawood actors by refusing to collaborate with them due to their perceived lack of quality storylines.

After months of courts review and assessment  they court has now ruled in favor of Martha Ankomah.
