Armed Robbers Strike Gold Shop in Wassa Dompoase During Broad Daylight, Caught on Camera
The Humble Gold Buying Enterprise in Wassa Dompoase, Amenfi East Municipality, Ghana’s Western Region, was the scene of a horrific armed robbery.
Monday at 1 p.m., seven armed guys broke into the store, stealing its priceless gold and cash items.
Armed with firearms and knives, the attackers accosted the three merchants who were there and demanded the keys to the safe that held the cash and precious metals.

Unbelievably, a shopkeeper who had denied knowing where the keys were was shot twice and is currently in critical condition is battling for his life.
During the altercation, the other two workers were also injured by bullets and knife attacks; however, their conditions are said to be stable.
The thieves overcame the opposition to take the keys and make off with two sacks filled with cash and gold.
The heinous daylight heist has shocked the neighborhood and brought attention to the dangers that precious metals firms confront.
