Teacher kills himself after his girlfriend, whom he took a loan to sponsor, breaks up with him
The internet is filled with reactions after it was reported that a teacher has taken his own life, allegedly due to a broken relationship with his girlfriend, for whom he had taken out a loan.
Earlier, the deceased teacher had taken a loan to open a cosmetic shop for his girlfriend. He then decided to take out another loan, which he used to sponsor her trip to Canada.
However, before leaving for Canada, the lady refused to give the keys to the cosmetic shop to him, instead giving them to her mother. All attempts to retrieve the keys from the girlfriend’s mother failed.
Many Ghanaians believes its normal for that to happen because it’s part of relationship issues but others believe the lady has scammed the guy.
